Preparation of electromechanical studies and specialized energy installations for the Messarea Winery on Tinos Island. This zero-energy winery in Xinara, Tinos, promotes sustainability and energy innovation.
- Electromechanical Studies: Comprehensive E/M studies for the licensing and construction of the winery, aligned with zero-energy building (ZEB) specifications.
- Cooling and Air Conditioning Systems: Installation of advanced systems for cooling with heat recovery during winemaking and for climate control of winery spaces.
- Building Energy Management System (BEMS): A modern energy management system for continuous regulation and monitoring of E/M systems, optimizing energy consumption.
- Photovoltaics: Installation of photovoltaic panels in the parking area, contributing to the winery’s energy autonomy.
