HVC Koumoundourou

Project Information

Installation of an integrated Building Energy Management System (BEMS) at the reconstructed High Voltage Center of Koumoundourou in Aspropyrgos, Attica.

The BEMS monitors the operations of all the HVAC equipment in the HVC.

The monitored systems include:

– Ventilation-Exhaust
– Heating via air heaters
– Monitoring of internal comfort conditions
– VAM units
– Receiving alarms from fire detection

The programming of the BEMS was designed to ensure optimal comfort conditions throughout the year, taking into account critical fire situations within the HVC.
