Project Information
For the Ivis4 Boutique Hotel in Monastiraki, Athens, we installed:
- KNX system for the complete control of the lighting in all areas of the hotel and the restaurant, utilizing movement sensors, buttons and operation scenarios, as well as recording and monitoring of the temperature in all areas of the facility
- BEMS system to record energy consumption, control E/M systems, and lighting control in the hotel rooms
In addition, we installed Thelsoft, our in-house developed software, to achieve complete energy monitoring for the brand new, state-of-the-art hotel.
