Installation of a new BEMS Building Control System at the METKA Headquarters, 5-7 Patroklou Street, Maroussi
The BEMS control system manages all the building’s electromechanical functions and the indoor comfort conditions in all work and management offices.
The old equipment was replaced with modern controllers, with upgraded software, hosted on a new, advanced management platform.
Controlled systems include:
- Cooling & Heating
- Ventilation – Exhaust
- Lighting
- Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
- Internal comfort conditions
The BEMS control system programming at the METKA Headquarters provides ideal comfort conditions in the offices, and fully automates the building’s operation throughout the year.
