Construction of an innovative BEMS Control System at the state-of-the-art Building One of Metlen Group (formerly Mytilineos).
The fully renovated Building One, located in Maroussi, Athens, houses the headquarters of Metlen Group.
The installed and monitored BEMS control system fully harmonizes the building’s operational scenarios to comply with the LEED standard.
In Building One, there is comprehensive control over:
- HVAC & heating systems of the building
- Ventilation, cooling towers, air handling units, and the entire electromechanical systems of the building
- Air quality monitoring in over 50 office spaces and meeting rooms
- Integration of third-party systems such as INIM fire detection, Crestron software, etc.
- Detailed energy recording and monitoring of a total of 60 energy meters and 20 water meters in the building, on Thelsoft software
