The company operates various production lines producing thousands of tons worth of products annually.
At NIKAS facilities (estimated total area 12.000 m2 ) Thelcon conducted:
- Recording, analysis & break-down of energy consumption
- Recording and analysis of electromechanical equipment
- Analysis of the products production process
- Calculation of energy indicators, baselines and KPI’s
- Energy conservation proposals with thorough financial documentation (LCCA )
The proposed energy conservation measures included:
- Improved control and operation of the cooling system & pipeline network
