Project Information
Participation in the Energy Upgrade of E/M Systems at the Olympic Athletic Center of Athens (OAKA) – focused on optimizing functionality and energy efficiency for the iconic venues of the 2004 Olympic Games.
- BEMS Upgrade: Replacement of fragmented control systems with a unified, modern Building Energy Management System (BEMS).
- Energy Monitoring: Installation of the Thelsoft energy platform to record and analyze energy consumption.
The project includes:
- Central Olympic Stadium
- Indoor and outdoor swimming pools
- Velodrome
- New Combined Heat and Power (CHP) System for electricity, heating, and cooling production
The new central control and monitoring system integrates lighting, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, shading, and other E/M systems, providing centralized management of the facilities and ensuring high energy efficiency at OAKA.
