Αll E/M studies for the complete reconstruction of the offices building on Syggrou Str. 87 (~ 19,200 m2) owned by Piraeus Bank, with an emphasis on energy saving and optimal working conditions for employees.
- Re-design & upgrade of lighting, air conditioning – ventilation, electrical power supply and water management systems
- Implementation studies for the E/M systems and complete oversight of the reconstruction
- Installation of BEMS and energy monitoring
- Continuous audits for further upgrades of the building’s operations
