Energy audits for the facilities of Teleperformance in:

  • Piraeus 1
  • Piraeus 2
  • Kalithea
  • Thessaloniki

The facilities (1.500 m2 – 15.000 m2), serve as one the most important customer support call centres worldwide. For each building:

  • Analysis of E/M equipment and break-down of energy consumption
  • Calculation of energy indicators, baselines and KPI’s
  • Analysis of operations and processes
  • Techno-economic energy saving proposals

The proposed energy savings measures, include among others:

  • Improvements in lighting
  • Upgrade of air conditioning systems
  • Control and energy monitoring

Additional reporting for the entirety of Teleperformance’s building stock.
