Project to promote Energy Efficiency in Lighting and establish a Lighting Testing Laboratory in The Gambia – West Africa. Thelcon will work together with ECREEE and AERE under co-financing by UN. For the project we will

• design and commission a Lighting Testing Facility
• conduct a series of workshops
• promote labelling scheme (MEPS) for lighting
• establish a capacity building and awareness creation program
